How to transition from your Spacetalk Watch

Transitioning from a Watch to the App and Mobile Plan is easy.

Select one of our mobile plans above.

Complete your purchase using the same email as used in your Spacetalk account.

Open your Spacetalk app and select “activate new SIM”. You will need to remove the current SIM from the watch.

Follow the prompts. Select “Port number” when asked.

Place the SIM into the Mobile device.

Download the Spacetalk app on your new mobile device.

‡ Spacetalk Mobile uses the Telstra Wholesale Mobile Network. The Telstra Wholesale mobile coverage area reaches more than 98.8% of the Australian population and covers more than 1.7 million square kilometres of the Australian landmass. The service provides 4G and 5G coverage reaching more than 75% of the Australian population. Please note, even if you are living in an area that has coverage, connectivity via a mobile network can be impacted by a variety of factors. Spacetalk Mobile Australia does not offer refunds on credit purchased where the coverage map indicates a lack of coverage.

§ Data gifting is only available on handset plans on domestic data (roaming data is not allowed to be gifted). (Wearable plans can't gift or receive the gifted data). The recipient must be on the same account and have an active handset plan service under Spacetalk brand. (Active: The recharge must not be expired). Gifting can only be done minimum 1GB with incremental of 1GB. E.g. 1.5GB is not allowed. Maximum 50% of base plan data can be gifted in a validity period (validity period: the current recharge). Maximum of 999GB gifted data can be performed in a validity period (validity period: the current recharge). Maximum of 5GB of data can be gifted in a single transition. Service can't have more than 100GB of unused received gifted data at a particular time. Critical Information Summary
